POLICY SUMMARY

Overview of privacy practices

Local data

Save files and preferences are processed locally and are not automatically sent to the developer.

Support correspondence

Information provided by email is used to address enquiries and requests.

Privacy choices

Data rights, advertising choices and purchases are explained according to the features available in each product.

01

Developer identity and policy scope

Nivka Games is the publishing name of an independent developer based in Egypt, who determines the purposes and means of processing data received. For privacy enquiries, contact nivkagames@gmail.com.

Practices vary with each product’s features. Additional information or consent requests are presented within the product when the processing requires them. Independent external services have their own policies; providers we use are identified below.

02

Data categories and sources

Local data: This may include game progress, save files, saved worlds, and language, audio, graphics and control settings. It is processed locally to operate product features and retain user preferences, and is not automatically sent to the developer.

On-device account selection: When you use the Google account selection feature available in certain products, Android displays available accounts and returns the selected account name or email address. This value is stored locally to display the selected account. It is not sent to the developer and does not create a service account or enable cloud storage. You can remove it using the product’s disconnect option or by clearing its data in device settings.

Support and privacy correspondence: We receive your email address, message content and any attachments you choose to provide. A message may include the product name and version, device type and issue description. Please avoid providing information that is unnecessary for the request.

Website visits: Cloudflare hosts this website and provides content delivery and security. It may process IP address, browser or device information, request time, requested page and network traffic data. We do not add advertising tools, marketing analytics or submission forms to the website.

03

Processing purposes and legal bases

Local data operates the product and saves its state and preferences. Correspondence supports enquiries and privacy requests; technical data delivers and protects the website. The purposes of advertising and purchase data are explained in their respective sections.

Where a legal basis is required, we rely, as applicable, on providing the requested service, specific legitimate interests in administering support, securing services and preventing misuse, a legal obligation, or consent where required. Consent may be withdrawn without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing. We do not sell personal data or use support correspondence for marketing campaigns.

04

Service providers and data disclosure

Google: We use Gmail to receive and manage support correspondence. The following sections describe Google AdMob’s advertising role and Google Play’s purchase services where offered. See the Google Privacy Policy and how Google uses data from partner applications.

Cloudflare: It provides website hosting, content delivery and network security, and may process request data for these purposes under the Cloudflare Privacy Policy. This website does not upload local game files to Cloudflare.

We may disclose information necessary to meet a legal obligation or binding request, protect rights or investigate actual misuse. Any additional provider processing data is disclosed before its service is introduced.

05

Advertising and Google AdMob

We use Google AdMob for advertising in products where this feature is enabled. When the advertising SDK runs, Google may process IP address and inferred approximate location, app and ad interactions, performance and crash information, advertising ID, and device or app-set identifiers, depending on the SDK version, configuration and applicable choices. Data is used to deliver and measure ads, analyse the service and prevent fraud.

Ads may be personalised, non-personalised or limited, depending on product settings, age, region and privacy choices. Non-personalised ads may still process data for operation, measurement and fraud prevention; they do not remove consent requirements where applicable law imposes them.

Where consent is required, an appropriate mechanism is presented before processing that depends on it, and a way to change choices or withdraw consent is provided in the product. Personalised advertising in the EEA, United Kingdom and Switzerland requires a Google-certified consent mechanism meeting applicable requirements. Advertising ID can also be managed in Android settings; this does not necessarily stop all advertising.

06

Purchases and subscriptions

Where a Google Play-distributed app offers paid digital content or features, purchases are processed through Google Play Billing under store policy and applicable exceptions. We may use product identifiers, purchase or subscription status and necessary transaction information to verify entitlement, enable features and provide support. We do not receive full card numbers or card security codes.

Prices, subscription periods, renewal and offer terms are shown before purchase confirmation. Subscriptions can be managed or cancelled through Google Play; refunds are subject to store policy and applicable legal rights. Any other payment method is explained within the product before use.

07

Data retention and deletion

Local data remains on the device according to product use and system settings. It can be deleted through available product controls or device settings. Clearing app data or uninstalling usually removes local data; user-exported files and user-managed backups may require separate deletion. Deleted data may not be recoverable.

We retain support correspondence while necessary to address and follow up on a request, resolve an existing dispute or comply with a legal obligation. Continued retention is reviewed according to the request’s status and the purpose of the data. You may request deletion; if some information must be retained, we explain why and retain only what is necessary.

Transaction information needed for entitlement verification, support and legal obligations is retained for the period relevant to those purposes. Google and Cloudflare process information they retain according to their roles, policies and applicable agreements. Contact us to clarify the scope of a deletion request or refer it to the appropriate provider.

The developer cannot remotely access local game files; these are managed through product controls or device settings. Data deletion does not automatically cancel a paid subscription, and cancellation does not automatically delete personal data.

08

User rights and how to exercise them

Depending on applicable law and the processing involved, users may have rights to access or receive a copy of personal data, request correction or deletion, restrict or object to processing, or request portability. Consent may be withdrawn where it is the basis for processing. A complaint may also be submitted to the relevant data protection authority where provided by law.

Requests may be submitted through the privacy requests page or directly to nivkagames@gmail.com. We may request proportionate information to verify the requester’s identity; we do not request passwords or verification codes.

We handle requests without undue delay and within applicable legal deadlines, explain the action taken and any necessary retention. Advertising choices are available in the product where required, and subscriptions are managed through Google Play. Preparing an email does not automatically submit a request or delete data.

09

Data security and international processing

We apply measures appropriate to the data, limit access to correspondence to what is needed to handle requests, and use secure communication and hosting services. The website is delivered over HTTPS. However, no electronic system guarantees absolute security. Please do not send passwords, verification codes or full payment details.

Providers may process data outside the user’s country of residence. Required international-transfer safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses or other appropriate mechanisms, apply according to the provider’s role and relevant agreements. We do not assume that all data resides in Egypt or a single country.

10

Children’s privacy

Each product’s target audience and age rating are determined according to its content and store information. This shared policy does not assign one age rating to all Nivka Games products. The website is an information and support centre; it does not provide accounts or communication features directed at children.

Where a product is directed at children or a mixed audience including them, age-appropriate data and advertising restrictions apply. Child-approved advertising SDK versions are used where required, and children are not served personalised ads. Neutral age screening and parental consent are used when required by applicable law. Parents or guardians may contact us about deleting information a child provided.

11

Browser storage and external links

The website code adds no tracking cookies, local storage, external fonts or advertising. Language links open translated pages without saving a browser preference. Cloudflare may use technologies necessary to deliver and protect the website; these are separate from in-product advertising technologies.

Email links open the user’s chosen email application; the website does not send messages on their behalf. External services have their own policies. No account registration is required to read this policy or access the contact and privacy requests pages.

12

Policy updates and contact

This policy is effective from 24 October 2026; the page header shows its last update. It is reviewed before data practices change or new services are introduced, and any additional notices or consent required by law are provided before new processing begins.
